some issues
damp room incorrect billing
the room smelled damp that was really unpleasant. they could have done more to address this issue. also the online check-out process showed incorrect billing information. i had already paid for most of my stay but it showed the full amount due

the restored building impressed me with its historical beauty and modern amenities. our room was spacious and well-equipped. the breakfast was thoughtful with colorful, healthy food presented nicely. i found the staff helpful and keen to.
my room was on the third floor and a lift was not available. this detail was not specified in the listing. i had some difficulty with carrying my heavy luggage upstairs.

street noise limited breakfast
I had such high hopes after reading about the place, but my room, the 'classic double room', really missed the mark. the noise from the street was constant. It seemed like the windows offered zero soundproofing. also, the breakfast selection, while fresh, was surprisingly limited. i expected more variety considering the price.

friendly staff coffee machine garden view
I enjoyed my stay! The staff was friendly. The room had a coffee machine and a tv we really used. I enjoyed a rose and chocolates in the room. The garden view was awesome for watching the sunset and sunrise. I felt very welcomed.
It was a bit inconvenient carrying our luggage up the stairs.
